The practical stuff
Space, setup and everything in between
Space & power
The booth needs about 8 × 8 ft (2.5 × 2.5 m) and one standard power outlet within reach. Against a wall or in a corner both work.
Setup
We arrive ahead of your start time to set up, light and test-print, so the booth is ready when guests are. Breakdown happens after your last guest — you don’t lift a thing.
Indoors or out
Indoors is ideal. Outdoors works under cover (a tent, porch or pavilion) on level ground, out of direct sun and rain — the camera, printer and screen aren’t weatherproof.
On site
An attendant runs the booth on the day, keeps the line moving and handles anything technical.
No Wi-Fi needed
The booth shoots and prints offline and sends photos as soon as it has a connection. Venue Wi-Fi only speeds up the live gallery.
Travel
Tell us your venue when you request a date and we’ll confirm travel before you pay anything.

Birthdays questions
Is two hours enough for a party?
For most birthdays, yes — two hours covers the busiest part of the party. Bigger parties often choose three.
Can you set up at home?
Yes, if there’s a clear space of about 8 × 8 ft and a standard power outlet within reach.
Are the prints OK for kids to handle?
Yes. Dye-sub prints come out dry and smudge-proof, so little hands can grab them straight away.
