The practical stuff
Space, setup and everything in between
Space & power
The booth needs about 8 × 8 ft (2.5 × 2.5 m) and one standard power outlet within reach. Against a wall or in a corner both work.
Setup
We arrive ahead of your start time to set up, light and test-print, so the booth is ready when guests are. Breakdown happens after your last guest — you don’t lift a thing.
Indoors or out
Indoors is ideal. Outdoors works under cover (a tent, porch or pavilion) on level ground, out of direct sun and rain — the camera, printer and screen aren’t weatherproof.
On site
An attendant runs the booth on the day, keeps the line moving and handles anything technical.
No Wi-Fi needed
The booth shoots and prints offline and sends photos as soon as it has a connection. Venue Wi-Fi only speeds up the live gallery.
Travel
Tell us your venue when you request a date and we’ll confirm travel before you pay anything.
FAQ
Corporate events questions
Can our logo and colours go on the prints?
Yes. Upload your logo and pick an accent colour in your dashboard; every strip and the gallery carry them. You approve a preview before the event.
How does the company pay?
Create an account with your company details. The deposit and the balance are paid by card in the dashboard, and receipts are there for your expenses team.
Do you need the venue’s Wi-Fi?
No. The booth shoots and prints offline and sends photos when it has a connection. A connection only matters for live sharing and the live wall.
Can guests opt out of the gallery?
Yes. Each guest can keep their session out of the gallery, and your team can hide any photo at any time.
