How it works
From booking to gallery, handled.
Here’s exactly what happens, from the moment you request your date to the morning after. You make a few choices; we do the rest.
The four steps
Request your date
Pick a package and a date. Asking costs nothing — we confirm the date and your venue by email.
Hold it & make it yours
Pay the deposit in your dashboard, then choose your strip design, add your text or logo and set gallery privacy.
Guests shoot & print
We set up before your start time. Guests tap, pose for three shots and walk away with a print in seconds.
Everyone gets the photos
Guests save theirs from the QR, text or email. You get the full gallery and can download every original.
Before the event
- Request your date with a package and your venue. It’s free and there’s no commitment.
- We confirm the date by email. Pay the deposit in your dashboard to hold it.
- Design your strip — layout, title line, date, logo, accent colour — and choose how the gallery is shared.
- Tell us about the venue: where the booth goes, the power outlet, start time and parking or load-in.
- Pay the balance in your dashboard before the event.
On the day
- We arrive ahead of your start time to set up, light and test-print, so the booth is ready when guests are.
- Guests tap to start, pose through a countdown for three shots and get a print in about 10–15 seconds.
- At the booth they can text, email or AirDrop their photos, or scan the QR.
- The live display shows new strips on your TV or projector, if you’d like it.
- We pack everything away after your last guest.
After the event
- Guests find their photos on booth.faridonfire.com by scanning their strip’s QR.
- You share one gallery link — public, code-protected or private.
- Download every original from your dashboard.
The practical stuff
What we need from you
Not much. Here’s the short version.
Space & power
The booth needs about 8 × 8 ft (2.5 × 2.5 m) and one standard power outlet within reach. Against a wall or in a corner both work.
Setup
We arrive ahead of your start time to set up, light and test-print, so the booth is ready when guests are. Breakdown happens after your last guest — you don’t lift a thing.
Indoors or out
Indoors is ideal. Outdoors works under cover (a tent, porch or pavilion) on level ground, out of direct sun and rain — the camera, printer and screen aren’t weatherproof.
On site
An attendant runs the booth on the day, keeps the line moving and handles anything technical.
No Wi-Fi needed
The booth shoots and prints offline and sends photos as soon as it has a connection. Venue Wi-Fi only speeds up the live gallery.
Travel
Tell us your venue when you request a date and we’ll confirm travel before you pay anything.
Your guests will keep these for years.
Request your date in two minutes. Nothing to pay until you’ve seen the quote.
