The practical stuff
Space, setup and everything in between
Space & power
The booth needs about 8 × 8 ft (2.5 × 2.5 m) and one standard power outlet within reach. Against a wall or in a corner both work.
Setup
We arrive ahead of your start time to set up, light and test-print, so the booth is ready when guests are. Breakdown happens after your last guest — you don’t lift a thing.
Indoors or out
Indoors is ideal. Outdoors works under cover (a tent, porch or pavilion) on level ground, out of direct sun and rain — the camera, printer and screen aren’t weatherproof.
On site
An attendant runs the booth on the day, keeps the line moving and handles anything technical.
No Wi-Fi needed
The booth shoots and prints offline and sends photos as soon as it has a connection. Venue Wi-Fi only speeds up the live gallery.
Travel
Tell us your venue when you request a date and we’ll confirm travel before you pay anything.

Weddings questions
Can the strips match our wedding stationery?
Yes. Choose a layout, add your names, date and a short line, and pick a colour that matches. You see a live preview in your dashboard before the day.
Can we make a guest book with the strips?
Yes. The booth can print two copies of each session: one for the guest, one for your album.
Will the booth get in the way of the schedule?
It’s set up and tested before guests arrive and can pause for speeches, dinner or the first dance. Share your timeline and venue contact when you book.
Who can see our wedding photos?
Only who you choose. The gallery can be off, or protected by a code you give guests. Any guest can keep their own photos out of it.
