Booking & payment
How do I reserve a date?
Request your date in the dashboard, then pay a 50% deposit online to make your booking official. The balance is due before the event.
What does the deposit do?
It’s 50% of your package. It makes your booking official, holds your date and comes off your total. Deposits and balances are paid by card in your dashboard.
Do you travel to my venue?
Tell us your venue when you request a date and we’ll confirm travel before you pay anything.
Can I get a custom quote?
Yes — for longer events, multi-day events or anything unusual. Use the contact form with your date, venue, hours and guest count.
Space & setup
How much space do you need?
About 8×8 ft and one standard power outlet.
How long does setup take?
We arrive ahead of your start time to set up, light and test-print, so the booth is ready when guests are.
Can the booth go outdoors?
Indoors is ideal. Outdoors works under cover (a tent, porch or pavilion) on level ground, out of direct sun and rain — the camera, printer and screen aren’t weatherproof.
Is someone there to run it?
An attendant runs the booth on the day, keeps the line moving and handles anything technical.
Do you need Wi-Fi?
No. The booth shoots and prints offline and sends photos when it has a connection. Wi-Fi only speeds up the live gallery and display.
Prints & photos
Do guests get prints?
Yes — unlimited 2×6 strips during your booking, printed in about 10 seconds.
How fast are the prints?
A strip prints in about 10–15 seconds. Dye-sub prints come out dry and smudge-proof.
How do guests get their photos?
Scan the QR on the screen or the strip, or get a text/email straight from the booth.
Can we customise the strip?
Yes — choose a design, add a title line, date and logo, and pick an accent colour. You see a live preview in your dashboard.
Can you show the photos live at the event?
Yes. Open the live display link on any TV, projector or screen with a browser and new strips appear within seconds.
Privacy
Who can see our photos?
You choose: a public gallery link, a gallery protected by a code you share, or no gallery at all. Guests can keep their own photos out of it.
Can a photo be removed?
Yes, instantly — from your dashboard or by asking the attendant. It disappears from the gallery and the live display.
